I had a wonderful stay in a hotel located right in the heart of the city center. the room was cozy and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities required for a comfortable stay. the bathroom was clean and spacious with an adequately functioning shower. the staff was friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any request. the breakfast served was absolutely delicious, and the balcony provided an excellent view of the surrounding area.

This hotel was perfect for our Easter break. the key location just a stone's throw away from the city center made it easy to explore. the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. the room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the balcony to sit and enjoy the sunny days. One of the best things was the breakfast - delicious and plentiful, it set us up for the day ahead.
the noise from the traffic outside was quite loud and made it hard to sleep.

The Sri Lankan breakfast was decent and the location was prime. It was easy to get around and explore the nearby attractions. The balcony was also a nice spot for relaxation.
Our Christmas stay was an absolute disaster. We had booked in advance, but when we arrived they told us they had overbooked.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful hillside location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were basic but clean, and I especially enjoyed having a balcony to relax on and take in the surroundings. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the breakfast spread, which offered a variety of tasty options. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the town center made it convenient for exploring the area and enjoying local attractions.
The hotel was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the city center, but it didn't affect my overall enjoyment of the stay.

Close to town, friendly staff, waking up service, breakfast package, nice balcony, close to tea-factory.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The top factors that made it wonderful were its location, staff, breakfast, and cleanliness. With a central location, it was easy to explore and access everything I wanted to see in the city. The staff was exceptional and provided excellent service throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and comfortable. I especially loved the breakfast, which was delicious and authentically local. Lastly, the hotel was well-maintained and spotlessly clean, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing negative to say.
